2. Terms of use for sheet music
Intellectual property
All sheet music on this website is the property of the Les Nioches Association.
They are protected by French and international copyright legislation.
Authorised use
The free sheet music can be used for:
- personal or educational use
- amateur use
- professional use within the context of a choir, ensemble, music school or cultural organisation
These files are available free of charge. for the time being. Some scores may become subject to a fee.
Prohibited use
It is prohibited to:
- resell sheet music
- redistribute them on other platforms
- modify, adapt or arrange them without prior authorisation
- distribute them publicly without complying with the legal obligations below
Public performance and copyright
Free download does not exempt under no circumstances copyright obligations.
Any public performance (concert, show, event) must be declared to SACEM or the relevant organisation in your country.

3. Sales of books and digital products
Book: «From Chorister to Choir»
The book is sold for €24.90 including VAT.
It is printed and dispatched by Lulu Direct, based on the principle of print on demand.
Delivery
Each copy of the book is printed on demand by Lulu Direct immediately after the order is placed. It takes approximately one week for the book to be produced and shipped.
Delivery charges are 5 € for an order of 1 to 3 copies.
They are offered for orders of 4 or more copies.
Ebook «From Chorister to Choir»
The ebook is sold in the following formats:
- a downloadable PDF after payment
- an EPUB file available in the customer area after purchase
Multiple downloads are permitted for the purchaser's personal use.
4. Payment
Payments made on the website are secure and processed via Stripe or Klarna.
No banking information is stored on CorentinRichard.com.
5. Right of withdrawal and returns
Print-on-demand products (paper books)
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to order, such as books printed specifically for each order by Lulu Direct.
Once the order has been confirmed, it is considered final, barring technical errors.
Cancellation remains possible within one hour of placing the order, as long as printing has not been started.

Digital products (e-books)
The download of a digital file constitutes immediate performance of the service.
In accordance with regulations, no right of withdrawal may be exercised. once the file has been downloaded.
Commercial guarantee: “satisfied or your money back” (30 days)
Regardless of the legal right of withdrawal, all paid products sold on CorentinRichard.com are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee.
This guarantee is offered voluntarily and allows, upon request:
- the full refund of the book or ebook
- without specific justification
For printed books, the The customer is responsible for returning the physical copy..
Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned book.

6. Liability
The Les Nioches Association cannot be held responsible for:
- errors in the delivery information provided by the customer
- printing or shipping delays related to the external service provider
- misuse of the book or sheet music
- public use of works without regulatory declaration
7. Changes to the terms and conditions
The Les Nioches Association may amend these terms and conditions at any time.
The current version is the one available on this page at the time of your order or download.
